Unsafe & Horrible Staff!

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
First day my car broken into, which should have been a clear signal to get out early. I got stuck in the elevator for over an hour until the philly fire dept. let me out. The management staff refuses to return my calls. They randomly turn off the water. No parking after 9 and the "security" staff lets anyone into the lot, and leaves doors and gates open.
