My clothes was ruined because the leaking problem. Half of my closet were ruined, so there are at least half of my clothes either ruined or need to clean. I went to the management office and try to ask them to have some responsibility. Guess what''' they told me I have to have rental insurance. They are not going to take care any of my clothes damaged. How could that happened''' I just ask them to pay for my dry clean which is not much money. I didn't even ask them to compensation my Louis Vutton handbag, Diesel Jeans which got ruined. The only thing I want to say is that, this place is full of mice, and staff here are terrible. Don't ever ever try to come to this ---- hole.

We lived there in 2003. It sucked then. We moved out. We live in Columbia SC. You get twice the value for you money. It was the worst at Presidential. If you want better try looking at the Belmont Apts on Belmont Ave about 3 blocks from Presidential.

hey..i agree i have been living here since 2006 and its horrible, on top of that they raise your rent everyyear. all our netting on the windows is broken..the paint fixture is moldy and rusty...where the air conditioning is on the windows the paint around has holes. becuase of that we have so many spiders and bugs and on top of that rats and mice. and i keep my place so damn clean! there is more...there is no proper ventilation so the bathroom ceiling has mold on it...maintence wont fix anything. we have hot and cold water issues...when ur taking a shower all of a sudden the water will get really hot or really cold...one week we had no hot water. I say whoever has issues we should all get together and go to the philadelphia housing athourity...i know exactly what they will do...they give a suprise inspection visit and when u complain they pay your rent until the apt fixes all problems. my email is mandeem25@gmail.com so all u who are with me lets get our moneys worth!!!! and get our places fixed!
