I have lived here for 4 months and I will be moving out in September...This has been THE worst place ever to live. The moment I moved in there, the toilet was clogged and so was the bathtub. The maintenance will come and supposedly fix it but it'll only work for once and it'll get clogged again. There have been bug problems. The windows are always kept shut but somehow flies, mosquitoes and other bugs find their way in. The AC hasn't been working and the leasing office tells me that the AC's been ordered but there's some kind of delay so I have no AC whatsoever. I can hear everything from next apartment to my right and left. Even when I'm in the bathroom, I can hear the sound of TV in the apartment next to me.
So if you're looking to move here, you should think about it again. Just during the time that i've been here, more than 25% of residents have moved out. How do I know'' because none of the units are occupied anymore and the parking lot is empty always...
