My neighbors were robbed and I saw it happenning. Although I didn't know it at the time, because I thought a maintenance man was working on their apartment. However, my neighbors had clearly indicated that NO ONE was allowed to enter their apartment when they were not there. Nonetheless, they had all their electronics swiped in one afternoon. The guy was never caught AND the management (especially the head mangager Tyler-complete -------) REFUSED to acknowledge the occurrence. The police are there ALL the time for burgalaries, assaults (the front gate, nor the key fobs do anything). Superficially, the complex appears secure with the front gate and the key fobs, but the security guys are contracted (they just leave the gate open and NEVER check ID) and the key fobs can be bought for 0.04 cents a piece on-line. The only thing one can do is to ILLEGALLY CHANGE YOUR LOCK, NEVER LET A MAINTENANCE PERSON IN W/OUT SOMEONE THERE AND MOVE OUT AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

Additionally, all the buildings have cockroaches and mice. The walls are thin enough to hear your neigbors cell phone ring. The rent rose over $25/month. The only reason I remain in the complex is because I don't have a car and I walk to school. However, once May comes around I am moving out and I have NO PROBLEM telling anyone the horrors of the place.

maybe things have changed in the past year but i moved here in april and i am very happy. i cant hear my neighbors from my apartment and the security guard always takes my friends information before he lets them in. i like it here alot. my neighbors and all of the people here are very nice. i spent a lot of time at the pool during the summer and met alot of people who live here and everyone i talked to told me i would really like it here and i do. i dont know who tyler is but everyone here has been very friendly and helpful.
