At first sight. This place seems great. But it's not! From the moment we moved in, the place was crwaling with roaches and mice. And we are VERY CLEAN. So i complained to the manager and they sent an exterminator. Well his stuff didnt work worth a crap. So I had to get rid of the bugs with my own money and my own solutions. The elevators NEVER work and the hallways stink and look gross. And someone stole our sheet set out of the drier. And to top everything off.. THERE IS NEVER PARKING!! And when you do find the only parking spot left-YOU GET TOWED and have to pay $150 for one day. ONE MORE THING....You can NEVER get any damn work done because the idiots who built this place, put every air conditioner one over top of another and all you ever hear is loud DRIPPING,DRIPPING,DRIPPING...DAY and NIGHT!!!!! It is enough to drive you crazy! You almost want to go upstairs and ask your neighbor to turn off their freakin AC! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!!!

Interesting. I lived in the Jefferson building as a med student back in '93 for 8 months when we threatened legal action if they didn't let us out of our roach and mice infested apartment. I thought they renovated the place but obviously they haven't !! I still have nightmares about that place!!

When I first came to the area for an internship, i was going to sublet an aparment in this place. The tenant seemed overjoyed but, but something told me to renig. Glad I did.
