You don't want to live in a place like this

I don't know where to start because I'm so mad about this place. I can't wait to move out after the lease is expired.
1. Bed bugs in Jefferson building (1 of the 3 buildings, i don't know the other buildings.) Hard to make them send a exterminator (Well, they just ignore you.)
2. Whenever you cook, the whole apartment fills with gas smile. It's scary. Management ignores you. No respons and actions from them.
3. The air conditioners is SOOOO old, and there is no cool air comes out. extremely hot in the summer.
4. The heat, you can't believe it. It gets very very hot in winter. too hot that you can't breath, and you can't control the temp. (Well, you can open the windows. that's what i'm doing now.)
5. Parking is scarce at night (well, you just need to drive around more to see if you are lucky.)
6. overall, the place is dirty, noisy.
It was nice when we first came about take a tour of the apt, but it turned out ugly after we really moved in.

We lived there for 2 years and we could not wait to get out. It was buggy, dirty, noisy, and it was a real disaster. We hated every minute of the place. Our family and my in-laws moved us there and we told them it was a mistake but they do not believe it. We feel bad for you. Get out of there at the end of your lease. There are better places. Try the Belmont Apartments near the Acme Store near City Ave. We are now in South Carolina and you do get much more apartment at half the price of Presidential. Good Luck!
