Beware !!!!
25th decemember around midnight someone broke into my apartment.
I yelled and pushed him out of the apartment.
I called building security and the same guy ( who brooke into my apartment) showed up again this time acting like he was never in
the apartment.
I called my brother who then came from the city.
I drove to the security booth with my brother and on confronting him he denied being in my apartment.
He and the other security guard said that they dont have keys to our apartments.
911 was called and the cops came over. On questioning him he did confess that he was in my apartment.
Management was not alarmed and were not supportive of me. looks like it happens a lot here.

We used to live in that horror. We are in Columbia SC now. We think you may have a case to break your lease with the police report. That is if you want to do that. You may have to go to court.

BREAK your LEASE and MOVE. I would get a copy of the Police Report. Send a certified letter to the Rental Corporate Office and cc a copy to the management office there explaining the situation and requesting all your "security deposit" back. Call City Hall and Harrisburg for your Tenant Rights, this situation is OUTRAGEOUS!!!

WOW!!!! this is my neighbor and the door was left opened..but that is not stated above!!! yeah, run to the office fast~
