Do not rent from here, because:
1. The laundry room is falling apart. The ceiling is leaking water and rust all over the washing machines. The floor is always dirty. It smells.
2. Apartment unit floors are cracking and dirty - not laminated.
3. Apartment unit paint is powdery everywhere.
4. Fire alarm always goes off.
5. No kitchen or bathroom fan.
6. No bedroom light fixture.
7. Maintenance doesn't fix heating problems. Takes several calls even to have them call you back.
8. Gym treadmills do not work.
9. Building is right next to the highway - always hearing honking at all hours of the night.
10. Night desk attendants are always chatting, lazy, and not very helpful.
11. Heating/radiator is falling apart.

I concur. I hate :
fire alarm go;ing off 3, 5 x a week.. water never hot in mornings (and i pay for one of the nicest places)... the heat is on unbearable amts.. I like 75-80..were talking headache, over 90 degrees)... roaches... rude people... drug dealers on third floor.. marijauna/cig smoke.. parking is a nightmoare and you will be towed.. rent raises every year... bathrooms are unclean... cable is a monopoly..

Uhhhhhhh, this isn't the Bellvue and since my apartment is clean i don't have the roaches and I clean my bathroom as well so its not a problem.. maybe you should try it!!!! but i do agree with one thing and thats the cable its not that great..

I can always tell when management or a friend of management comment on the ratings. Each person???s experience is different in an apartment complex of this size. Being insulting or ignorant to a person who is commenting on their individual experience tells me a lot about that person.
First, I???m not a tenant at this complex but do read apartment ratings as a fun hobby lately. I educate myself and others on the deceptive practices and tactics of management in apartment offices. The bottom line is there is no shame or responsibility at the corporate level. They are Corporate Scum Bag Landlords!
What I find most outrageous about most of the ratings on these apartments, is the infestation of mice, rodents and fire alarms constantly going off. This appears to be a common denominator with most apartments. Also is the nasty management staff and the lazy unqualified maintenance staff. There are still some good apartments out there but you must look hard.
Guess what, alot of people have very clean apartments. Once infestation set in a certain location, they populate. If the building doesn???t have a qualified exterminator who is not down grading their solution strength with water, it only increases the rodent and mice problems. But that's not the issue, look at the long list of problems this apartment has had for years. It appears they may have L&I in their back pocket.
As far as drugs are concerned, contact the DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency). I guarantee that building and L&I will get all the attention that is needed!

I agree with 1-11, they are all true. I had a nice apartment there, but the building sucked in general. Parking was awful...got towed twice, because I wasn't in a spot, but well when you don't provide enough parking what do you expect. I just moved out yesterday after 15 months of hell. The only thing I will miss about the place is the nice floors I had in my apartment and the balcony. Other than that I am so glad to be out of there.
