I have been here for 2 years. Never had any problems except for a few maintenance issues. What I like about this place is its location, affordable rent, and parking. I looked at a lot of places on City Ave and never found anything that was good. Forget the apartments in Bala Cynwyd-one worse than the other.
This place isn t 5 star either but the rent is quite affordable. Don t live here if your budget is around 1000/month for a 1 bed.
Some problems- 2nd fl carpets of my building need replacement, leasing staff isn t helpful; management needs to be more proactive than reactive...
