i looked at a few places in this area and nothing was as good. the iraqoius' please. lincoln green doesnt have a view and they are way to expensive. im working in gladwyne and everthing in conshocken in way too expensive and the city is too far to commute every day. this is perfect for me, the commute to work is easy and my apartment is so home.

i agree.....i was there about 3 years ago.....just wait till it gets cold out and the heat isn't working....fyi: no heat until they legally have to turn it on in NOvember.

really? they told me that the heat goes on usually in october when the weather is under 65 degrees? is it really illegal to turn it on before november?

When your heat is controlled by management they are not LEGALLY obligated to turn it on until November. They can turn it on prior to that but most places choose not to in order to cut costs.

imo, it's always been too warm. I had to crack teh windows frequently during the winter.
