I lived in Presidential City apartments-the washington building from 2005-2008. It is a good place to live. The community is gated so you will feel safe. Most of the people that live there are students and young professionals. Maintence respond to problems in a timely matter. Another good thing about the apartment is that the front desk will hold your package. At that time I rented a one bedroom for $ 720 and it included parking. You will only have to pay for electricity. Now the negative about the washington building is the NOVACARE unit. NOVACARE residents are located on the second floor and it is a step down unit for psychiatric facility. The novacare residents hang out in the front lobby and beg for cigarettes. They are quite intimidating because they have a blank facial expression.
