I have lived here for a little over a year. I am only moving because of a job offer in another city. I found that living here was extremely convenient in location to just about anywhere that you might have to go. The maintenance staff was on point. They serviced everything that I needed in a 24 hour period. Each building has its own front desk person who knows you by name or at least apartment number, and gets maintenance to your apartment in a decent amount of time. I do wish that maybe the lobby areas and elevators were a little more maintained or updated, but i don't live in the lobby.

My experience here was awesome from start to finish. The leasing agents were all helpful and friendly. The management office was very reasonable to work with as well. If you are looking for convenience, location, and something where all of the utilities are included....this is your best bet.

Honestly, who goes online to post a review about their apartment complex if they are happy with it? This is a total fake. Presidential city is infested with bed bugs. Don't live here. No matter how clean you are, you will end up having a problem. Every week I see the exterminator in my building working on another bed bug apartment.

I disagree.... I lived in the Madison Building for 2 years. I posted a great comment before I got transfered to South Carolina. I NEVER had a issue with bugs/bed bugs or any pests for that matter. Cleanliness does have a lot to do with your issues. When you go to a hotel 'they have bedbugs' have you ever watched 20/20. I enjoyed my experience there and would move back to the Presidential if the opportunity allowed me to do so. It is a great location, Management (Kathy-she was an assistant when I was there) was always friendly and helpful, Chantay, Diane, Kitt, Bea, Majik and the other guy was always ALWAYS friendly- the Leasing agents are ALWAYS willing to address your issue or concern, and maitence was alwys there if you had any issues (Which I never did) my floor 9 was always quite and clean- and the people are all so friendly. Parking has never been an issue (unless you come home past midnight yes you may have to drive around and find parking but hell it is free. So if anyone is looking for a nice place to live inexpensive but competative and close to everything I would move here. Just to address your "ISSUE" maybe you should steam your mattress and do a little research on where bed bugs come from before you blame the APT complex you live in. FYI I stay at the Marriott or Hilton when I travel- guess what THEY HAD A ISSUE in NYC with Bed Bugs...oooo also one in California WOW Marriott having a issue with Bed Bugs...Must be UNCLEAN...Get Facts then blast where you live.... GUESS WHAT Also--- seeing the exterminator in your building every week.....He is on a scheudle and guess what people make special requests to PREVENT- I requested him in mine every 3-4 weeks and had him on a schedule...GUESS WHAT IT IS FREE.....Christopher J. COrbett (9D) past resident.

Bed Bugs gets my vote for sure. Maybe Presidential is returning security deposits now only if you post a postive comment. Tried to get me for noraml wear and tear items so I had my Attorney Bill them for lose of the stove for a month a breach of their lease agreement wiht me and leaving a hole in ceiling to uptairs wihout filling it with fire stop which is a code violation plus the time it took to research the payement history and prove to the idiots that the rent was paid and that they mishandled the chescks which they finally admitted their inaccuracies.

it probably is a fake email...when i lived here over 4 yrs ago (and did so for quite some time!) it was known that mgmt would post postive reviews to offset the negative LEGIT reviews. do yourselves favors-get out when you can-don't follow the easy route of just simply renewing for another year.....that's how they get you....maintentance was horrible and the buildings are just in desparate need of upgrades.

I posted a legitimate post about my experience with Presidential City. It isn't a great comlex, but my experience in MADISON building was fine with some caveats. See my full review for more details.

did you happen to live in D 901? I lived in that apartment for a year before moving away. Now I'm moving back into that same exact unit!
