There is ample parking for everyone, the place is very well located within the city and not too far from the downtown. You cannot complain about the location.
But, when you step into your apartment is when all the trouble starts.
1) Bedbugs keep coming no matter what even though all your furniture is new. Being a multi unit building, they just come from the other apartments.
2) Your apartment is perfectly locked and secured, but there have been a number of instances of people losing their valuables like laptops, cellphones etc. The maintenance guys have keys to your apartment and I suspect it is them on all occasions. You complain and you get no response from the management
3) The elevator never works so great.
4) A crappy laundry room with old units
5) Window air conditioners that are too noisy and inadequate in the summer

I say it over and over again. Don't live at Presidential City unless you live in Madison Bldg. Had none of these issues there.

I live in Washington Building, and a friend of mine lives in the Madison Building. He had his laptop, wireless router and printer stolen from a locked apartment.
