just moved out recently. The Management is absolutely horrible. probably around june 2006 a new company took over management and they are total a-holes. They don't respond to emails, or phone calls. Old management was pretty decent, not the fastest in responding but they treated the tenants with respect. New people couldn't care less.

I wouldn't recommend living here. Basically, the place is way loud. You can hear the upstairs, downstair and next door neighbors. No sound barriers. Also, they are now advertising exclusively to Philly Universtiy students.
