Well maintained, friendly, honest staff, decently priced

I like this apartment for a number of reasons and, like everything else, there are cons.
The staff was just as friendly and helpful on a daily basis as they were on the day I met them. There are no pests and exterminating is done every 3 months. They are conscientious about the grounds maintenance and security of your car in the parking lot. Milli, the manager was very honest and gave me a pretty good rundown on who were to be my neighbors. I should have heeded her caution about the Russian guy in the middle floor of J Bldg. who sometimes plays his music too loud.
Overall, if you get yourself into a decent apartment here with considerate neighbors you won?t have problems. It?s very multicultural with many Russians and East -------.
Maintenance is very prompt and responsive. The walls and the floors are thicker than other apartments that I?ve rented before (i.e. Columbus Property on Benner Street where I could hear Mr. Section 8 play his T.V. or radio 24/7).
Laundry facility is clean, well lit and open 24 hours (which is very convenient!). It?s $1.50 for wash or dry.
Red Lion is a beautiful apartment complex surrounded by trees and you?re located near shopping centers, but, best of all, ACME is just right across the street, BJ?s is two blocks away and Walgreens, CVS and Rite Aid are all within 2-3 blocks away.
Vacancy is scarce so you better hurry!
