Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Overall it is a nice place to live. Everything is close, including SEPTA. Maint. could have their own night line, right now you leave a message in the office and hopefully they check it on a regular basis...if not you are stuck until morning. Office staff is wonderful and it is clean and quiet.
