When i was searching for an apt I read many reviews on this site and it made weeding out the bad ones MUCH easier! That said I was skeptical when I read all the glowing reviews about Red Lion. Even after my initial visit and walk-thru I was skeptical. Well, Ive been here about a month and the reviews are true. Its a quiet, well maintained community with friendly professional staff. The rent is reasonable (especially in this economy) the neighbors are friendly,polite and respectful. My apartment was spankin clean when i moved in, the community is surrounded by every retail outlet you could imagine, the neighborhood thusfar is safe--ive walked my dog on the street as late as 10pm and felt ok. The only reason why i hesitate to write this review is that i dont want this little shangri-la overrun and ruined! Ok maybe not shangri-la but pretty darn good. So if your looking for a good apartment ( and are good, quiet respectful people) check out Red Lion

This complex was one of the very few with all great reviews. I visited the property a few weeks ago and will be relocating there from Florida. I loved the apartment and the manager was fabulous! I can't wait to move in the first of next year.

WHAT HAPPEN TO THE FEW NEGS THAT THIS PLACE HAD A FEW MONTHS AGO??? I KNOW WHERE THIS PLACE IS AND IT DOSENT LOOK OR SEEM THAT "GREAT" AS YOU PEOPLE ARE STATING...IM GUESSING YOU PEOPLE ALL WORK HERE...HMMM HMMM THATS IT

As a property manager myself, to have a rating of this level says alot about the property manager and her staff. A person has to really be passionate about her job and staff and care greatly about providing her residents with a beautiful home. Kudos to the Property Manager and her staff! (AND NO, I DON'T WORK HERE OR LIVE HERE - JUST STATING THE FACTS.)
