Me and my fiance have just taken a look at a 1 BDR. It may not be huge, but the size is very comfortable. 725 everything included. Ok parking or u can hop skip and jump right to Fern-Rock up the way. It may not be chestnut Hill, but the other side of broad is more hazardous to your health. Keep your place clean and i doubt your infestation problem will be more than Tom and Jerry the cartoon. Be smart about when and how you leave the building and keep a positive attitude. Hey! Because evryone may not be white, doesn't mean it is un-safe. Oh we will be moving in soon!

I'm not understanding the title of your post ("Sense some hating")--what post did YOU read in which you felt someone was hating? I didn't detect that in any of the posts. First and foremost--I don't care how clean you are--mice are going to come into your apartment (especially if you live in a building in which they don't seal up cracks and holes as they should). I used to live at Regency, and I must say--I was extremely clean, but you occasionally saw the mouse dropping and/or roach creeping in there. You may not have an infestation to the extent of a dirty tenant, but they're going to sneak up in there, some way and some how. How about at Regency they don't even have to sneak--they have easy access by all the cracks and holes. Secondly--no one mentioned about being "white" equates to being "safe". Crime happens to anyone--and that's a fact. In fact, I was the one who wrote the post about my apartment being broken into at the townhouses, and for the most part--I always minded my business and played it safe. And in all honesty--I believe the people who did it was someone who lived INSIDE the complex, because the main front door wasn't tampered with (you need a key to get in). People do what they do and it has nothing to do with whether or not you have a "positive attitude"---I was always friendly and accomodating to my neighbors--even the one who I suspect did the break-in. So, if you and your fiance moved in--I wish you the best of luck.
