Regency Park Apartments

From: nbv145 Date posted: 3/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   For the price the space is awesome. I was a resident for 2 1/2 years and enjoyed my stay. Lots of older residents therefore very quiet. Some professional students also. I only had a problem during the warmer months with centipedes bugs which were they did sent the exterminator out to get rid of which only decrease the frequency of seeing them. There was a rent increase yearly but they allowed me to extend my lease to accommodate my school schedule. Over all I'd recommend for a modest apartment.
