Let's start at the front office. The personnel there are flat out mean. Of course they will be nice to whoever is looking at the place, but as soon as you move there, anything you ask them for is a hassle. More importantly, we have continuous lease problems with them since we have moved in.

In terms of noise level, all of the buildings have special needs individuals living here who may scream at the top of their lungs till 11pm for no reason whatsoever. There is also a CCT shuttle bus that picks them up in the morning for appointments, however the driver beeps continuously in the morning from 6 am till 12pm. The apartment complex is also surrounded by train tracks. On the front side is a SEPTA track and on the back is a freight track. In particular to the freight train, it makes a descent amount of noise and come flying by at all times of the day and night!

As of yet i haven't mentioned anything about the apartment themselves. While they are a good size and the rent is affordable, you start to understand why when you wake up in the morning and see 2" cockroaches running on your floor (i wish i was exaggerating on the size!). In addition, we have had constant problems with mice, especially some that tend to run on our kitchen countertop near our food and drying rack. When we told the front office about this problem, all they did was set 2 traps. Thanks for the help guys!

i've lived here 7 years and am deathly afraid of mice. thinking of getting out based on your review. how many did you see
