I have lived here for quite some time and find it to be a pleasant place to live. As far as the front office, I have had nothing but a positive experience with them. They are more than willing to help. I would recommend Regency Park, they also have a great gym. It is a quiet place to live. I have always felt safe here.

YOUR SO WRONG WE WENT TO LOOK AT APTS AND THEY REQUEST SOME BIG INCOME WHICH WAS CRAZY, CAUSE IF WE HAD ALL THAT INCOME WE WOULDNT BE RENTING HERE. I UNDERSTAND INCOME IS REQUIERED BUT WHAT THEY SAID FOR EACH PERSON WAS WaY CRAZY.I THINK THEY JUST SAID THAT CAUSE WE WAS THE WRONG RACE.WE WALK OUT FEELING VERY BAD.. SHAME ON YOU... SHAME ON YOU...WE ARE VERY GOOD PEOPLE

I also had a similar experience. They asked me for 4 months advance deposit 1 month security deposit for 6 months lease of Studio/Efficiency unit. I think they have a race preference.
