Going downhill fast From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2008 1 response   Recently moved out after living here off and on for the past four years and all i can say is good riddance! Cockroaches, mice - they have it all! I agree with other reviews that the office staff is snobby - which baffles me since this place is really quite disgusting. What really annoyed me the most were the broken down washer/dryer units and the 1970 era air conditioner - aren't these the conveniences you value the most in an apartment' Well when the office staff repeatedly ignores these problems, you know something's wrong. And they really know how to pick winning residents, let me tell you - trash left everywhere, stolen laundry...etc.etc. The only good thing about this place is the guy who puts up the decorations for the holidays - what a sweetheart. However, I would recommend skipping this place in your search for an apartment.
