We are new to the apartment complex and have no complaints. Moving from a house, we are pleasantly surprised and happy with the amount of space in each area and the tremendous amount of closet space. The neighbors we have met have been nice and a good many are older adults who have been here for 10,15 and even one lady 18 years. This is an ideal location with transportation across the street to center city, 24 hour supermarkets, pharmacies etc. The office staff was very patient with our move- in date while we were selling our house. As for previous reviews about racial issues, I have not seen anything that was racially unbalanced or negative and I am a person of color. There are many people of different races in this complex. All I can say is so far so great!!!I would definitely recommend this place for the space, money and convenience.
