I went to check out this apartment complex and was explained the requirements for being approved on the application. The income requirement is a combined (between myself and husband)total. I did not think it was that bad since we both work and have not children. It seems reasonable since the Management wants rent to be paid. I liked the 1 bedroom we looked at it was nice size and lots of closet space. Great apartment for just starting out. I read the reviews on the front office, I found no racial issues with them. We were impressed that everything was explained. I been to other apartment complexs and get surprise costs after seeing and liking the apartment. I found this to be very up front. I am glad we moved in.
