I THINK THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE POSTED BY THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE , IF IT WAS REAL PEOPLE WHY NOT POST A NAME . I WENT THERE TRYING TO FIND APARTMENT, THE LADY IN CHARGE IS A SNOTTY NASTY PERSON PERSONALITY I THINK ITS A RACIAL THING, IM GLAD WE DIDNT LIKE IT CAUSE I FOUND A GREAT APT FARTHER UP DOWN UN REVEREE GREAT ARERA AND QUESS WHAT CHEAPER..SO KEEP THEM APTS REGENCY WITH THE SLEAZY LOOKING WORKERS..MUST HAVE BEEN LUCK.IM GOING LEAVE MY NAME SO PEOPLE CAN READ THIS AND KNOW THE REAL TRUTH, AND BY THE WAY YOUR AREA SMELLS MUSTY.

It is unfortunate that Sandrra had a bad experience. It would appear that she did not meet the requirements to move in which would explain finding a "cheaper" apartment. Although the individual she speaks about may not have appeared to be the most personable, her purpose is to manage a complex and make sure things run smoothly. There are a lot of educated/professional and retired persons living in the complex. Race has not been an issue to my knowledge so I hope that anyone who reads the review by Ms. Sandrra will take it with a grain of salt and note all of her misspellimgs and poor grammar speak the truth that there were some issues that prevented her from moving in and that is her ISSUE and hers alone. I love the area, and the size and space of my apartment. I would definitely recommend Regency Park to others. Oh and I am not with management even though I have not left my name.
