My Stepmom and Dad used to rent a 2 bd / 2 ba here in 1990. I am 28 now and I am looking for an apartment for me and my family. I tried to schedule an appointment to see the apartments to see if they have updated them and to check the facilities, but I was told on the phone that I would have to make at least $42,000 and have positive credit and positive work history proved before I could even schedule an appointment. I recently graduated from college and I degrees in Paralegal Studies and Criminal Justice. Even if I could find a job making this much I probably wont even go back to them. Its not a race thing...its a class thing.
