Let me just start out by saying. this is not a place you will like to live. but on the other hand it's cheap to live here. i no people that live here real cheap. the APT'S in here are all the same. there are people that pay $700.00 a moth for a one bedroom. there are people that pay $725.00 a moth for a one bed room. there are pepole that pay $575.00 a moth for a one bed room. and the studios there are pepole that pay $300.00 a moth. and then theres pepole that pay $400.00 a moth. it is just not fair to pepole in hear. everyone should have to pay the same amount that live in here. and that is $750.00 for a 1 bedroom thats what the rent is sopose to be and $550.00 for a studio. thats what it tells you when you walk in the front door. it just upsets me to see the suff that goe's on in this building. the landlords son lives here in a 1 bedroom for free. and i do not think that is fair to the other pepole that got to pay there rent every moth. there are like a 150 apartments and they have only 2 maintenance guys working in here and they are so backed up they never have time to fix anything. they cant even hire a landscaping company they have pepole doing it with the little lawn mowers. it's not even a landscaping company. the hallways are so bad the rugs have stains all over them. the landlord is never here. so when you need something done to your APT and you go down to ask the landlord she's never there. this would be a very nice place to live. if they had the write staff and did things the write way. but the way it's going. it ain"t getting better it's getting worse. and some of the pepole that live in here are nice some of the pepole. others you got to wacth what you say to them. because they will rat you out tell everyone in the building. im in my 30s and i live in other APT building. and the only good thing about living here is it's cheap. i lived in other APT building and there wer ran alot better. and they took care of the APT building. but something needs to be done in this building. because it's getting worse day by day APT 3-- THANKS
