i've been living here for three years now and theres nothing but troulbe with every thing. first off theres people with pets and lots of them when the sign clearly states NO PETS!! request for repairs can be put off for months!! people vandalize and abounded cars in the parkin lot. the lot is supposed to secured like it states in contract. they also vandalize the inside of the appartment building. like some one put trash cans full of dirt in the washer and dryer. and put bananas piled in front of the manergers door. plus theres illegel immigrants living here who are raciest and have several people living in one bedroom appartments. the managers' son lives here for free. also people have a different prices like some people live in one bedroom apprt for 500 dollors when the normal price is 750.00. and after every ones lease was up, there price went up for different people. theres no recyclein for anybody. also the manager signs leases when she is not licenced to do so. the roof leeks on the east end of the building. the buildin almost calapsted and it took about six months to fix it. the office manager talks to tenants about other tenants which is very unProfessional.

well the first thing is i like to say. there is no pets in this building i never see them in here. and i think you should worry about your self and not worry about what other pepole do. theres other things in this world to worry about. and your worrying about whats going on in this building. and the rent every buddy pays the same in hear. your just a piece of crap that is trying to start something that is not true. the guys that work in this building work very hard. and i live in hear now and when i call to get something fix they come write up to my APT. and the roof does not leak they keep this place up to date. all the time. so i just like to say who ever wrote this you should just worry about your self and not worry about other pepole.
