I lived here for 4 years. and all it has been is just a nightmare. the landlord is never here. when you need something done there never around to repair. there up the knight tavren bar drinking when they should be working. the landlords son lives here for free. and some people dont pay rent for 3 to 4 moths. and in the end my rent goes up every year. and reason why my rent goes up is because the ones that dont pay the rent it gets taking out on the people that do pay rent. and i dont think thats fair. there are pepole that pay $300.00 $400.00 pepole that pay $700.00 it all depends on what you look like. when you sign a lease you dont get a copie. you go down in the laundry room you cant use the washer or dryer because the people put there clothes in go up to there APT and go to sleep and dont get there clothes to the next day. plus theres illegel immigrants living here who are raciest and have several people living in one bedroom appartments.theres no recyclein for anybody also the manager signs leases when she is not licenced to do so the office manager talks to tenants about other tenants which is very unprofessional. the cops are here everyother night. people leave trash in the hallways. and leave shopping karts to in the hallway. its so bad in this building that i feel like i live in the woods series that is the truth thats what it feels like. the owner of this place is never here only if he new half of the things that went on in this building. i dont even think he would even care. i herd the guy is all about money anyway. just remmber if anyone moves in here your rent could go up every year and go up alot its happen to me and could happen to you. but i just had to stop by here and let everone no. i think that thats the best thing to do is let other people no so they dont have go thrue what i did. it's not fun. and it's not easy let me tell ya.

I live there from 2003 to 2008 on the 1st floor and the back onf my range has a big hole in the wall and it has not been fixed the bathroom had a leak in the ceiling and it smelled like mold and mildew it almost made me sick the people leave shopping carts from the mall in the hallway. and the property manager ain't doing noting bout repairs getting done . she is never there all the time . the land lords son live there for free the lady that help her clean apartments probably lives there for free.and a lot of immigrants live there illegel ones. plus the property manager doesent have a license to sign leases.all the maintence gutys do is to to knights tavern and they should be working . they tell me they would take care of it they don't o it right away.
