Amazing location - right on Rittenhouse square, with restaurants, bars, shopping, groceries, bakery, cheese shop, etc. within 1-2 blocks.

Maintenance is in the building 24/7 - i never wait more than 1 hour to get something fixed, even in the middle of the night. And they do a professional job!

The rent is expensive, but worth it for the location and the luxury of living in this building.

My apartment is beautiul, spacious 1 bedroom, with new carpet, a new kitchen, and new paint when i moved in. (the only thing the apt does not have is a washer/dryer)

Parking is the only downside - they have a garage under the building, its valet only, costs 215 / month, and it takes time to get your car, and they have put more scratches and dents in my car than i care to think about. (the garage is run by a differnet company than the building).

As a tenant I am treated with respect. 24 hour person sitting at the front desk, and a doorman during the daytime/evening greets me at the door. Bank in the building. Laundry on each floor and lots of machines on the 3rd floor as well. All utilities included, and the A/C and heat work very well.

I love it here and will be sad when we have to move.
