I lived in this building from 1997-1999, and found its location at 18th & Walnut to be extraordinary. The rooms are generally well maintained but a little small. The staff in the building are friendly and helpful!

But beware of Mary Hunt in the leasing office. She is the commandante of the building and is universally recognized as the bitchy manager who is equally strict with all tenants - miss a payment by a month and you're on her hit list.

Flexibility and compromise are not part of her vocabulary. Generally, she is the guardian dog that barks and bites you. Management loves her because she's no-nonsense and tough as nails in getting check payments on time.
