As several others have pointed out, you're paying for the location. The apartments are on the small side and the general facilities are quite old (ask to see the "fitness room"). Also, the back office staff are reasonable, but the people working the front desk and the door are quite annoying. Not only will they not open the door, they often won't get out of the way.
