Not worth the money

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
The doormen are really unfriendly and even openly criticize the residents; the top floors get really hot, and the management won't do anything about it. All of your garbage has to fit down an office trash chute, meaning that you have to take the garbage out multiple times a day. And often only 2 of 4 elevators are running -- for 26 floors. All of this for over $1500/month for a one bedroom.
