if you think this place is a 1 out 5, you're a spoiled brat. go live in west philly on 65th and south if you think this is so bad you infantile pieces of ----.
the claridge is great. there are better places but only if you want to pay far more or live in a worse location. the apartments are really nice, the maintenance is fast and friendly, and there are things that could be improved upon, but not in any signifcant way.
if you think this is a 1 out of 5, i don't know what the hell is wrong with you. you must have no sense of what most apartments are like.

i'm not management. you're right, it's not very mature, but the point still stands. even if you don't think that this place is very nice, giving it a 1 out of 5 is ridiculous and does a disservice to people who read these reviews.
