What about the fans'

I don't know why any of you prior people haven't commented on this - but doesn't it bother anyone else that the exhaust fans for the bathroom and kitchen go off at 9:30pm and don't go on until around 8am.... I believe that's illegal...Isn't it the law that you MUST have exhaust fans running all the time...
I don't know about all of you, but I just LOVE the fact that in the evening when the building's exhaust fan goes off, I have filthy air coming OUT of my exhaust vents from my kitchen and bathroom. That way I can smell what my neighbors had to eat...and then how well it was digested later in the evening.
Nothing quite as refreshing as smelling someone else's S--- in your bathroom first thing when you wake up, and right before you go to bed. Classy building. Let me tell ya.
