In my opinion there are much better places in rittenhouse you can live at for this price. The front desk people are rude and lazy. The maintenance have come to fix the same problem over three times in my apartment but they won't just replace the closet door. They basically take your whole deposit for cleaning when in reality they give you a dirty apartment when you move in (in my case things weren't re-painted and cleaned). The air conditioner leaks into the carpet ruining the carpet which you will then be charged for. All deliveries are done through the back door (shady alley-way). All garbage must be brought down since garbage shuts are so dated nothing fits. Packages are in the package room but if the attendant is not there you can go in and claim yours by yourself...aka easier to have packages stolen like in brownstones. Building needs to be updated for this price. You can find better at the wellington, 1500 locust, 1700 walnut, and better service at the versailles. Walls are paper thin and your neighbors can here everything. The building looks like it straight came out of the 70's but not in a good way. I hear hte building owner lives here but of course his place is super nice.
