Broken fitness room equipment for a year!!! BUT see followup

That just says it all. Management keeps making one excuse after another despite numerous complaints from numerous tenants over the past year.

Followup 10/2008: To their credit, management fixed the machine and bought another similar one as well. I don't know if this had anything to do with the letter I wrote to corporate headquarters or the posting of this review, but at least they fixed the problem.
