Decent place, but overpriced and not renovated in a long time

The staff here are pretty friendly. The doormen are great overall, though some have noticed that they can be a little ageist on opening the door for you (grad students made to always show their resident card for the door vs older residents always having door opened for them).
Maintenance is very responsive and fast. However, the fitness center is really not much at all. Also, the apartments need some major renovations as they're stuck in the 80's. It's a safe place, but I have seen much nicer for the same price in the area. Look around and you'll find something
