If you have been chased and snapped at by dogs in the building, then did you file a lawsuit against the owner of the dog'' Also, if the place is that bad, just leave. Nobody is making you stay here. And the halls are not stained with urine. I have no idea what you are talking about. But, I guess it is tipical for someone like yourself to make a mountain out of a mole hill. No apartment building is perfect. Hey, the place is pretty darn good, it has its problems but it aint that bad. You are just unhappy with yourself and you have to nag about dogs who are always leashed and only chase you in your own head.
