Terrible Mgmt

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
Laptop was stolen when mgmt let Contractor in for maintenance. Mgmt has been difficult and unwilling to take any blame.
Mangaged by AIMCO.

Normal maintenance requests take weeks to get done.
