THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS WITH HOT WATER. This review is for the people who are looking for a serious review. The Riverloft is pretty well laid out. I looked at several places around the city and could not be happier with my choice. Unless you are a Trump, most people would consider the place superior. It is expensive but for the beautiful view I have of the city, the 12 foot windows, 20 foot ceilings, and unique amenties - there's not much to complain about. Is the place perfect - no, but once again there are no problems with the water. The only real annoyance I have with this place is that the so called business center is a facade. Nothing in there seems to work, so the only thing you have access to is the copier in the lobby which they now ask you to provide your own paper. I have also read other reviews about the dogs here, but I have not had any problems. I do not have any pets and you hear the dogs mostly while in the halls or ocassionally during the day but it really is no real nussance. So I am very happy with my place and all of friends are definitely impressed so I definitely recommend the Riverloft.

Obviously the person who wrote the previous review saying that there are NO PROBLEMS with the hot water has just moved in. Or at least moved in not long ago. If you honestly ask someone who has been here for a few years, they will tell you, the hot water situation is a pain at times. Not all the time, but often enough. I do agree with this person on some things, Riverloft is Definitley a nice place. Yes, the business center is crappy, but all in all its not too bad a place. But there really truly are problems with hot water. I think the supervisor of the maintenance dept. said it was the boiler on the rooftop. keeps clonking out or somehting of that sort.
