if you have lived here longer than a few months, you will know that there is indeed problems with hot water in the building. Not all the time. But often. I assure anyone who reads this that if you ask the maint. department if there is an issue with the hot water, they will tell you YES!!! I would not make it up. Very nice place though. I like it. besides th water.
