Before we recently renewed our lease for the third time, I was curious what people were saying about the building and, frankly, shocked with what we read. We are professionals and would never live in a building described by some on this site: in three years we have never had a bug or a rodent, repairs ( the worst was closet doors coming off the railings ) are made usually within 2-3 days, the management team onsite are responsive and tenant friendly. One critic complained about not having paper in the business office, why' because it's always being stolen and they stopped supplying the paper. The gym could be upgraded and the rugs shampooed more often ( again, that's caused by indifferent pet owners.) Considering this is an rental building catering to a large academic population on 1 or 2 year leases, we are very satisfied with how the building is run and maintained. By the way, 2 of the nicest maintenance guys you'll find.
