I just renewed my lease in Riverloft and really like the building. The building has a great feel, and the modern design is unique among the other apartments in the area. I haven't had many maintenance issues, but the ones I've had have been dealt with in a timely and complete manner. The management could not be kinder or more attentive. The gym and business center are very convenient, and the gym is almost always empty. The only downside is that some people have dogs, and they can be noisy. (You're no longer allowed to bring a dog, but if you had one previously, you can keep it here). And on top of all that, my favorite coffee shop is across the street! I highly recommend Riverloft.
