I've been in the Riverloft Apts for 3 years, and began looking at this website to compare other places in the city. I'm shocked by the bad reviews posted here. I'm no kid and have a lot of owning and renting experience - and my Riverloft experience has been just great. I chose a building that allows dogs, even though I didn't have one when I moved in. I've never been bothered by other's dogs, by any rodents or roaches, any smells, or any of the other complaints mentioned in these reviews. I never hear any noise from any of the apartments around me. The apartments are roomy, the management responsive and helpful, the security is, well, secure. Any maintenance I've needed has been done within a day. I highly recommend this building. (And no, I'm not a stand-in for management.)
