I lived in Riverloft for two years between July 2007 and June 2009. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a high-end apartment in Philly. It is certainly towards the more expensive end of the spectrum, but offers some great loft style spaces, a nice gym, on-site parking, free use of meeting rooms and a very helpful management team.

In contrast to some of the negative feedback posted below, I found the management and maintenance teams very good. Maintenance was always provided promptly and the management were always responsive. I was good friends with a number of other people in the building and believe they are of a similar opinion to me.
