The last reviewer didn?t know what they were talking about. I?ve lived here since February ?03 and we never lost electricity for 3 days and never lost water for 2 days (I lived on the 18th floor too, trust me I think I would have remembered having to walk up 18 flights of stairs for 3 days!). I have seen a mouse in my apartment...what do you expect' You?re living in center city Philly!! Why do you think they even MAKE mouse traps'!' To put outside on the sidewalk'! Haha.


Granted, the heat may be turned up a little high in the winter...but every apt. has air conditioners and utilities are included in rent! So quit your complaining and turn on the air or crack a window! Trust me, the last place I lived in didn?t have heat until the end of November...too high heat is better than no heat!


The management and security guards are WONDERFUL and the neighbors are very friendly. Great neighborhood. Plus we have an AWESOME view and a huge 2 bedroom apartment for a decent price. I'll be sad when I have to move.
