Good Deal for location From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/12/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Pros: Great city view (make sure you get the right room) Excellent security (thanx to 24 hr hardworking doorman) Friendly staff Location- walking distance to almost everywhere Good pest control-I haven't seen mice but maybe it's cuz i'm on 16th flr. Good maintenance Cons: Too close to fire station
