The location is great, you can get around and you don't need a car. There are tons of great things in walking distance.

Everything else need work. Our doors warped due to the extreme heat(management controled)and quite often two people were required to get you out of the bathroom. The toliet ran, and the sink dripped. All of these things are fixable but no one came when we complained.

Oh, the rodents. The lived the first and have no intention of leaving. At first, we would call and they would send an exterminator, but the problem never got better. Their response, "There is not much we can do they live in the walls". Well, the do and they come out to eat your food and laugh at any traps you may have up.
