best bang for your buck From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2005   Very afforable, great location. Have lived in two different apartments in that building and have had no problems with noise levels. Biggest complaint: the elevators are REALLY SLOW. Another complaint is lack of control over the heat. Sometimes during the winter it is way too hot; and then during the transitional seasons, there is often no heat and it is freezing. Overall, it is nothing fancy but well worth the price.
